From long before Atlanta became a city till the present time, the South Fork of Peachtree Creek has been an integral connector of the lives of people and places along its banks. With a vision to restore and reconnect communities with their creek, South Fork Conservancy raises awareness, builds trails, and forges strong community partnerships.

Treehouse Kid & Craft
Treehouse is a family-run and community supported kid’s shop + creative space located in Athens and Decatur, GA. We offer a range of well-designed and responsibly-made products for babies, kids, families, and crafters of all ages. We are happy to be a place that offers toys, supplies, and activities that promote creative play and learning.
In addition to our shop, we have a classroom space where we teach a variety of classes that encourage creative thinking, problem solving, and hands on activities. We have an awesome team of instructors whom inspire us and our community on a daily basis.
TREEHOUSE was started with a vision to create a place where people in the community and beyond would feel welcome, meet friends, and be inspired to make , create, and live happy. It has become just that... and more!
The Manzana Tree
The Learning Kitchen
In The Learning Kitchen, we try new things, we test recipes, and we share what we have learned with others - so that you too may have the confidence to try something new. The Learning Kitchen is a communal space. We work in collaboration – learning, experimenting and playing together.
We offer cooking and other food related classes for children and adults, private events, dinners, team building, filed trip and homeschooling education.
Each of our instructors brings a unique blend of ingredients to the kitchen. Some teach techniques from days past, others work in the latest health arenas. Some come from the school of slow food while others strive to help busy families stay healthy. Some share foods from far away places and others bring their Southern roots to the table. Some times we step outside the kitchen all together. All our instructors believe one thing, food matters.
